So how do we work with you at Brightblue?

We Keep things Simple

Upon agreement, we provide a proposal full of ideas based on a clearly defined scope and your business objectives. Upon your approval of our proposal a 12-month marketing and sales plan is established to put the ideas into action.

We work as an extension to your team

We begin our relationship by getting to know your business in depth. We research your competitors and your industry and gain an understanding of your company and your culture. We operate as your outsourced marketing, creative and/or public relations department.

We talk to you regularly

We communicate regularly, using different methods as appropriate. We always try to respond promptly to your calls.

How we operate

We break the 12-month plan into campaigns and quarterly plans that are easy to digest. An Account Manager will be assigned to liase with you on a day-to-day basis and manage the deliverables. Brightblue present you with a monthly report at the end of each month that records all our efforts for that month. We ask for one monthly meeting where we set the next month's priorities.

Measuring Outcomes

We measure outcomes against the expectations agreed at the planning stage for each campaign. This helps Brightblue define future campaigns.
